Peppermint (Mentha x piperita)
Rosemary Ct Cineole (Rosmarinus officinalis)

The oils are certified organic.

They are in 10 ml brown glass bottles (to preserve the quality of oils).

The bottles also have a dropper to help you to get the right amount of the blend.

Why these aromatic oils?

Lemon brings freshness and warmth at the same time. A whiff of this excellent lemon is equivalent to enjoying the Italian sun without the risk of sunburn. In diffusion, it spreads good vibes and happiness.
Peppermint is cooling. Diffusion is the easiest way to use rich-menthol oil. Aromatic peppermint can be used in the car to fight motion sickness or at the office to ward off headaches. Remember, if you use it topically, dilute it in a carrier oil first. Then, apply locally and only for a short period of time. Wash your hands very well after application and keep this oil out of the reach of children.
Rosemary Ct Cineole is a wonderful oil with a fresh, green touch. Diffuse it to give your day a boost. With up to 52% of Eucalyptol, this natural oil is perfect to help fight against cold and flu and gives a fresh perfume of eucalyptus.

How to use Fresh Essential-kit?

Diffusion is certainly the best way to use these oils. Use them independently, or in a blend, there is no limit to your imagination.

Always try with one drop first, and add more drops to get a better and longer effect.

If you mix the three oils, start with one drop of each and adjust accordingly.

Suggestion of blending

Peppermint oil is pretty strong oil and it needs less drops of it in a blend especially to balance Lemon and Rosemary oils.

Down you can find propotions of each oils to get an harmonious mixture.
