All the oils are certified organic.

The Cardamom oils is a 5 ml brown glass bottle.

The True lavender and the Bergamot oil is organic and in 10 ml glass bottle.

The bottles have a dropper to help you to get the right amount of the blend and are tented (brown or blue to preserve the quality of the oils.

Why these aromatic oils?

True lavender oil is the one that you need to start with. Very floral, easy to use. Using it in diffusion or on massage with vegetable oil after a long day can help you feel calmer. This oil is from France from a producer and is organic.

Bergamot oil is a very nice oil to diffuse to give energy. It is warm and easy to diffuse everywhere in your house.

Cardamom oil is Après-You's oil of the year 2021. It is a spicy, sweet, warm oil that is great for diffusing. In diffusion, this oil has an beffect. In other words, it lifts you up if you are low and the opposite. Up to 32 % of the oil is composed of 1.8 cineol. It is a very powerful molecule to fight cold and flu. And you can cook with it. One drop of the oil in the batter is enough the enhance one cake.

How to use Start Essential-kit?

Diffusion is certainly the best way to use these oils. Use them independently, or in a blend, there is no limit to your imagination.

Always try with one drop first, and add more drops to get a better and longer effect.

If you mix the three oils, start with one drop of each and adjust accordingly.

That is the real beauty of aromatherapy. You play as you like.

As a rule, try with one or two drops the first time.

It is easier to add more drops if it is not strong enough.
