It has been proven to be very effective for reducing anxiety and improving mood (here).

If you are looking for something less commun, it is good to know that there is another essential oil of Orange available. It is the Blood Orange oil.

Chemicaly, the oils are more or less the same composition. It means that they can be used the same way and for the same reason, calming.

But the scents are different between this two aromatic oils. As you certainly know the blood orange fruit, you will find the same perfume in the essential oil.

The Blood orange oil is more fruity.
